Job summary

A leading health care provider in Forney, Texas is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join their team. In this role, you will function as a scrub person during procedures, clean and prepare surgical instruments, and assist with room preparations. Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program and have certification. This position offers a competitive wage ranging from USD $20.00 to USD $41.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior Experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative room.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
