Job summary

SCA Health in Goose Creek, SC is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our operating room team. You will scrub on operative procedures, prepare instruments and support sterilization efforts to ensure patient safety and smooth case flow.

We value clinical quality, teamwork and continuous improvement. Prior CST experience and BLS certification are preferred; high school diploma is required; full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist required or preferred.
• BLS certification required or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative room and preparation of room for next patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
