Shrewsbury Surgery Center is hiring a full time Certified Surgical Technologist to assist in a high-volume ambulatory setting. The role includes scrubbing for procedures, maintaining sterile fields, preparing instruments and supplies, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include a Surgical Technician program with High School diploma or GED, state/center certification, and BLS. Prior ASC experience is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

The Certified Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
