Job Summary and Qualifications

Under supervision of the surgeon and RN, supports all areas of the operating room. The Scrub Tech II must adhere to Lewis-Gale Medical Center policies, values, and standards of excellence.

Qualifications needed:

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or BCLS instructor, obtained within 30 days of employment
