Tidelands Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our day-shift team. The CST participates in planning and implementing patient care under RN supervision and assists the surgeon during operative procedures.
This role supports instrument handling, sterilization, and room readiness, ensuring a safe, efficient operating environment. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology and CST certification, with ongoing CEU requirements.

The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) participates in planning and implementing patient care under the supervision of the Circulating Registered Nurse and based on the Nursing Process. The CST assists the surgeon during operative procedures, ensures the operating suite is adequately prepared for the procedure, monitors PAR levels of supplies and equipment, and participates in the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments.
Associate's Degree with a certification from an accredited Surgical Technician educational program Required
Minimum of 15 hours CEU's annually (regardless if employed or not with TH throughout the entire calendar year) Required
