OrthoColorado Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Surgical Tech/Scrub Tech with OR experience to support orthopedic and sports medicine surgeries. Responsibilities include preparing sterile instrument setups, passing tools to surgeons, and assisting with patient movement and room turnover.
Requirements include completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program, HS Diploma/GED, BLS, and Colorado DORA registration or CST/NCCT certification.

As a Surgical Tech/Scrub Tech you will:
Previous OR experience with Ortho/ Sports Medicine cases required
One Year of OR Experience Required
Day to Day duties:
OR Suites-8 OR Suites, 11 Pre-Op Beds, 10 PACU Bays, 48 Inpatient Beds
Approx.450-550+ cases per month
No surgeries on holidays or weekends.Like a Surgery center. No weekends no nights. No Call!!
Schedule- PRN- Variable days of week and start times per Surgical Volume and Current Unit needs. TBD with OR manager during interviews.
Per policy PRN requires a Minavailability for 5 shifts in a 6 week schedule block and 2 holiday per year
M-F. No Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
Schedule is made every 6 weeks by the manager
