Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech to support a high-volume operating room in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The Surgical Tech will prepare and maintain the sterile field, manage instruments and supplies, and anticipate the needs of surgeons during a variety of procedures.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and collaborative, committed to delivering excellent surgical care in a fast-paced clinical environment with strict adherence to infection

• Prepare and maintain sterile field.
• Manage instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons during a variety of procedures.
• Position patients as required for procedures.
• Perform accurate counts of instruments and supplies.
• Set up equipment and ensure infection prevention and safety protocols.
