Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to support the OR under supervision of the OR Coordinator/Director of Surgical Services. The role includes performing surgical scrub duties and contributing to patient safety and efficiency in a specialized orthopedic and spine setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, OR Technology certification, CPR, and 1–2 years of OR experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certification in OR Technology required.
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Previous clinical experience in Operating Room environment desired.
• At least 1-2 years' experience working as a Surgical Tech in hospital or ambulatory center.

Certified Surgical Tech at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington

• Under the general supervision of the OR Coordinator/ Director of Surgical Services, and the direct supervision of a Lead CST, the Scrub Tech is responsible for providing surgical scrub on all types of minor and major surgical procedures dependent on individual competence.

Qualifications

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent

License

• Certification in OR Technology required.
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Required Experience

• Previous clinical experience in Operating Room environment desired.
