Job summary

TriHealth's Bethesda North Hospital in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a part-time, day shift in the operating room. You will assist surgeons, anesthesia personnel, nurses, and other professionals, performing essential technical tasks to help ensure safe, efficient procedures.

We value teamwork, commitment to continuous learning, and patient-focused care. Eligible candidates have completed an accredited surgical technology program, BLS/CPR, and certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology; non-accredited schools accepted if hired before 2019.
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
• Surgical Technologist Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pursues personal and professional development through internal and external educational opportunities related to their area of expertise.
• Communicates professionally and effectively with team members and customers regarding patient care situations.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Degree
• Graduate of accredited school of Surgical Technology. Will accept a non‑accredited school of Surgical Technology if hired prior to 2019.
• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)
• Surgical Technologist Certification required

Job Overview

Performs technical skills and provides assistance to surgeons, anesthesia personnel, registered nurses, and other professionals in the operating room. Performs similar duties in other areas of the hospital as assigned.
