Job summary

Samaritan Health is looking for a Certified Surgical Tech or LPN for their Surgical Services department at Samaritan Medical Center. This full-time position offers a pay range of $27.49 - $39.80 per hour and includes eligibility for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in an operating room setting and must have a completed Certified Surgical Tech program or hold a current New York State LPN license. Additional responsibilities include knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified Surgical Tech program or current New York State LPN license.
• Approved pharmacology course or previous medication experience.
• Knowledge in cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the Operating Room environment.
• Participate in cleaning and sterilizing equipment.
• Assist in medication administration as required.
