Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs various duties as a member of the surgical team to ensure a safe and successful operative procedure.
• Supports system-wide and surgical operations initiatives and practices.
• Maintains the sterile field and ensures a safe environment.
• Prepares the operating room and instruments for the procedure.
• Assists the surgeon during the procedure while staying within the ORT scope of practice.
• Schedule notes: Shift is 3-12 hour days, 0645 to 1915, Mon–Fri, with weekend call.
