Metropolitan Surgery Center in Hackensack, NJ is hiring a part-time Certified Surgical Tech. The CST scrubs for procedures, maintains sterile fields, and supports the surgical team with supplies and equipment preparation. Collaboration with physicians and staff is essential for patient safety and efficiency.
Minimum education includes a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent, with state certification as required. Prior ambulatory center experience is preferred, and strong teamwork is expected.

The Certified Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
$30.41/hr - $44.09/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
