Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech to join Surgi-Center of Central VA. This role offers a $10k sign-on bonus alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement planning.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, completed a Surgical Technician Program, and preferably have experience in an ambulatory surgical center. Join us to maintain sterile environments and ensure patient safety during surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.

• Excellent teamwork, strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage patients, and coordinate with physicians.
