Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for our Operating Room in Anderson, SC. This full-time role offers day and night shifts, with 40 hours per week or 32-hour options, onsite.

The CST supports pediatric through geriatric patients, scrubs cases, handles instruments, verifies counts, and maintains sterile technique to ensure patient safety and quality care. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or military equivalent.
• Non-certified candidates may be hired but must obtain certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and provide technical assistance on assigned surgical cases
• Assemble and prepare sterile instruments, supplies, equipment, medications, and solutions required for procedures
• Participate in accurate surgical counts per policy
• Actively participate in verification and debriefing time-outs prior to procedures
• Operate surgical equipment safely and properly

Pay Rates:

• CertifiedSurgical Technologist: Starting at $25.40/hour
• Surgical Technologist: Starting at $22.22/hour

Position Summary:

The Surgical Technologist provides technical assistance during surgical procedures utilizing sterile technique to ensure quality patient care and patient safety. This role supports pediatric through geriatric patient populations and assists across all service lines within the operating room.
