Daily duties include collaborating closely with the surgical team, maintaining field awareness, and ensuring patient safety under supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven skilled in assisting surgeons during operative procedures
• Maintaining sterile technique and patient safety during surgery
• Ability to work under direct supervision in the OR environment

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis and wound closure
• Collaborate with the surgical team and circulating nurse
• Report to Team Leader and follow operative plans and safety protocols
