OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Surgical Tech to assist the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis, and instrument handling in the operating room. The role requires independence, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate surgeon needs while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Qualified candidates have an AS in Surgical Technology, current BLS, CST certification, and at least 2 years of OR experience. A sign-on bonus is offered with a one-year commitment.
This position is part-time, working 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday with a rotating day off and call-stay. SIGN-ON BONUS: $7500. External applicants may be eligible for a sign-on bonus with a one-year work commitment. This includes previously employed applicants who have been gone from the organization longer than 90 days.
