You will work with nurses and surgeons, monitor cycles, prepare trays, and handle biohazard materials in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma and CRCST/CSPDT certification plus 1 year experience required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• 1 year of experience in sterile processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
• Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
• Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
• Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries
