Job summary

365 Healthcare is seeking a Per Diem Certified Sterile Processing Technician to support decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization in an acute care setting. The candidate should have 2 years of SPD experience and be CRCST certified, with current BLS/CPR credentials.

The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as the ability to pass a drug screen and background check and to comply with Covid vaccination requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years paid experience in Sterile Processing in an acute care setting.
• Current BLS/CPR card from the American Heart Association.
• Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) certification.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Covid vaccination status may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of instruments.
• Wrap trays and build case carts for procedures.
• Operate Autoclave and distribute sterilized items as needed.

Looking to create a Per Diem pool of Certified Sterile Processing Technicians that can do decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, wrapping trays, building case carts, Autoclave, and distribution.

Certified Sterile Tech Qualifications: 2 years paid experience in Sterile Processing in an acute care setting Current BLS/CPR card from the American Heart Association Certified Sterile Processing Technician Certified Sterile Tech Pay/Details: Schedule will be based off of your availability or emergency call outs for coverage.
