Job summary

You will operate sterilization equipment, keep records per standards, mentor staff, and help prepare for regulatory assessments in a culture focused on safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality and patient safety in the OR by ensuring efficient flow of the Sterile Processing department.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment and maintain meticulous records in compliance with standards.
• Mentor non-certified staff and assist in regulatory survey preparation and compliance.
