Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
• Hold certification as a Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays.
• Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts.
• Manage inventory and supplies in OR storage.
• Respond to urgent instrument requests during surgeries.
