Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Forklift) in Milpitas, CA, to support receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. You will ensure inventory accuracy, verify shipments, and maintain documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and certified to operate a standup forklift. Minimum one year of related experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Current standup forklift certification is required prior to employment.
• Experience operating standup forklifts is required.
• Basiloid experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Gather, verify, package, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment.
• Record incoming and outgoing shipments using written and computerized inventory systems.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to designated inspection, storage, or production areas.
• Operate standup forklifts and other powered material handling equipment to transport materials safely.
• Operate hydraulic jack lifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory organization and material movement throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Follow established shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
