Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Certified Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist for the Premier Imaging unit in High Point, NC. You will perform ultrasound exams, verify orders, and assist Radiologists in invasive procedures while maintaining patient-centered care and efficient workflow.

Requires ARDMS/ARRT or AB/OGBGYN registries, BLS, and a graduating ultrasound program. This full-time role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus (plus $5,000 relocation) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• AR/ARDMS or ARRT certification required (S).
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of a comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound program.

Responsibilities

• Examin es requests and verifies orders on each assigned patient.
• Assist Radiologist in performing invasive procedures.
• Evaluate technical quality of exam and optimize technique for efficiency.
• Support Patient-Centered Care philosophy; understand every staff member is a caregiver.
• Report malfunctioning equipment to the Assistant Director, Lead Sonographer or Engineer.
• Operate Radiology computer system; enter and charge exams and supplies.
• Maintain neat, stocked work area and adhere to departmental rules.
