Certified Shift Manager

Pay Range: $17.25 to $23.00 per hour

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as management experience, certifications, qualifications, availability, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

Position Responsibilities

As a Certified Shift Manager, you will oversee assigned shifts and help ensure that every customer receives fast, accurate, and friendly service. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers while maintaining outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervising food-safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure McDonald’s standards are met

• Providing direction, coaching, and support to crew members during assigned shifts

• Communicating effectively with crew members and the next shift manager

• Achieving restaurant targets during assigned shifts

• Helping restaurant departments meet their goals

• Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability

• Managing crew deployment and break schedules during assigned shifts

• Encouraging strong performance and teamwork

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Ensuring quality food production

• Training new team members on essential job duties

• Addressing customer concerns professionally

• Following cash-handling and security procedures

• Completing assigned shift-management and administrative tasks
