Job summary

State of Ohio - DCY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (PR4) to lead complex Salesforce deployments and build integrations. Candidates should have 8+ years in Salesforce development with Omnistudio expertise and strong API integration experience.

The role involves code reviews, DevOps/CI-CD practices, and delivering Salesforce solutions for the grants management domain, including Experience Cloud sites. Hybrid in-person interviews for hybrid roles, remote options available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Omnistudio experience.
• 5+ years of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex and Salesforce APIs.
• 6 months to 1 year of public sector solutions (Grants Management) – preferred.
• Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product.
• Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
• Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
• Performs code review(s); serves as technical lead, as assigned.
• Build and maintain integrations between salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools. (Eg – Mulesoft)
• Understands DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems
• Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench etc.
• Assures requirements are defined and approved, performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.
• Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved
• Performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.
• Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes
• Supports software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.
