Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Certified Scrub Technician I to assist surgeons during invasive procedures. The role covers preparation of instruments, care and sterilization, and basic patient support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with vocational training and certification as a Scrub Tech. This is a day shift, on-site position with some on-call requirements, located in Georgia. No remote work is available; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma plus 1 year vocational school.
• The CST I is entry level CST that has recently graduated from an approved Surgical Technology program or an uncertified surgical technologist with 1 year experience.

• The Scrub Technician - Certified is responsible for the preparation of, as well as providing, technical assistance to physicians during the performance of surgical invasive procedures.
