Job Description

The State College Area School District is currently accepting applications for a Predictable-Term Substitute Certified School Nurse for the Mount Nittany ElementaryandSpring Creek Elementary Schools for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Duties and responsibilities include the following: conducting health screenings, maintenance of health records, immunization record assessment and communication, medication management, daily triaging of student and staff health concerns, development of health service plans, and participation on school committees related to student and staff mental and physical health. CSN certification required; CSN experience preferred.

Applications will be accepted until October 2, 2026. Credentials will be reviewed beginning October 7, 2026.
