Meadow Wind Health Care Center in Massillon, Ohio invites a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our clinical team. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options are available, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

You will perform respiratory assessments, administer therapies, operate equipment, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to residents with COPD, pneumonia, asthma and other pulmonary conditions.

Qualifications

• CRT certification required.
• Experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Ability to educate residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor residents' respiratory status
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment
• Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs
• Monitor residents with COPD, pneumonia, asthma, tracheostomies, and other cardiopulmonary conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and therapy teams
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and clinical meetings
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care plans and disease management
• Respond promptly to changes in resident respiratory condition and communicate findings to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
