CCH Healthcare's Solon Pointe in Solon, Ohio seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our clinical team. This full-time/part-time/PRN role involves respiratory care for residents with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions in a resident-focused setting.

As part of the Solon Pointe team, you will provide oxygen therapy, monitor respiratory status, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required.
• Active state licensure as a respiratory therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident respiratory status.
• Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments.
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment.
• Assist with pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
