Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Amarillo, TX is seeking a night shift, PRN Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our respiratory care team. You will provide Respiratory Therapy across general and critical care settings, delivering treatments and skilled airway management to patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed RCP with NBRC CRT, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (ER/Pedi) or NRP (NICU) as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification.
• NBRC CRT certification.
• ER or Pediatric assignment requires current PALS.
• NICU assignment requires current NRP.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Care.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Current ACLS certification.
• (CRT)Certified Respiratory Therapist verified through NBRC.
• Assignment to theER or Pedi must have current PALS.
• Assignment to theNICU must have a current NRP.
