Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for a full-time night shift. Earn $33.50–$45.09 per hour, plus opportunities for shift differentials, with a strong demand in a high-acuity cardiopulmonary environment.

Responsibilities include leading RCP duties in supervisor's absence, providing respiratory care per physician orders, managing ventilation and ABG analysis, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes;

Qualifications

• State RCP license required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• 2 years experience as an RCP preferred.
• ACLS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• NRP certificate preferred.
• PALS certificate within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Manage mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and airway management.
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis.

• Implement patient-specific care plans.
• Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Respond to critical care situations and emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
