Banks Valuation is hiring Certified Residential Appraisers as 1099 independent contractors in multiple Florida markets, including Tampa. The role begins with a 90-day evaluation period to assess performance and alignment with company standards.

In select markets, high performers may be considered for limited salaried staff roles with bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits. This is a contractor position with competitive per-report pay.
