Job summary

Banks Valuation is actively hiring Licensed Residential Appraisers in West Virginia, with positions posted for Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown, and other markets. This is an independent contractor role (1099) offering per-report compensation and a 90-day performance evaluation period.

In select markets, high performers may transition to limited salaried staff appraiser roles with performance bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits.

About the Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering competitive per-report compensation. Appraisers begin with a 90-day period to evaluate performance, reliability, and alignment with company standards.
