Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers in multiple Florida markets. We offer a path from 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days to potential salaried W-2 staff, especially in high-volume locations.

Staff appraisers receive performance bonuses and health benefits. Candidates should hold a Certified Residential Appraiser license and demonstrate independence, reliability, and strong analytical skills.

About the Position

Every appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days. That period lets both sides confirm the fit: volume, quality, reliability and alignment with how we work.

After 90 days, our goal is to move strong performers onto our salaried W-2 staff team, especially in high-volume markets. Staff appraisers receive performance-based bonuses and health benefits. The appraisers who earn these roles are the ones who show consistent quality and turn times.
