Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers across Idaho, with an immediate need in Kootenai, Ada, Canyon, and Twin Falls Counties. The role starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days.

After 90 days, strong performers may transition to salaried W-2 staff with bonuses and health benefits. We provide marketing, technology, and operational support to help you succeed as you complete credible valuations for residential properties

Job Location (Remote - Idaho )

We are seeking Certified Residential Appraisers across the state. Applicants from any location are encouraged to apply; however, we have an immediate need in the following areas:

• Kootenai County
• Ada County
• Canyon County
• Twin Falls County

About the Position

Every appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days. That period lets both sides confirm the fit: volume, quality, reliability and alignment with how we work.

After 90 days, our goal is to move strong performers onto our salaried W-2 staff team, especially in high-volume markets. Staff appraisers receive performance-based bonuses and health benefits. The appraisers who earn these roles are the ones who show consistent quality and turn times.
