Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Same Day Surgery team in Minnesota. You will provide patient care across general, regional, or MAC anesthesia, working closely with staff anesthesiologists and surgeons to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

The role emphasizes independent practice within a collaborative team, focusing on patient safety and high-quality outcomes while maintaining professional standards and compliance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Graduate from a Nurse Anesthesia school.
• Current RN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current APRN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• NBCRNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during general, regional or MAC anesthesia.
• Collaborate with staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to ensure safe procedures.
• Prioritize patient safety during anesthesia.

Join our team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at HealthPartners Same Day Surgery!

Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence. Our CRNA's are generalists in practice and have a shared responsibility in running the department. The Nurse Anesthetist provides patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia and has responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.

Work Schedule

• M-F, 8- and 10-hour shifts. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of Nursing
• Graduate from a school of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current RN license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current APRN license by Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Certified by NBCRNA
