Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in anesthesia required.
• Must hold NBCRNA certification and Missouri state license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of surgery and anesthesia for diverse patient populations.
• Provide emergency care in Level II Trauma hospital setting.

• Coverage Needed

• ASAP - 3 months with option to extend

• Schedule

• Mon-Fri, 7a-5p, 7a-3p
• 5x8s per week
• Call is optional: weekday call 3p-7a, 1 weekday call per week, 1 weekend per month (24-hour weekend call)

• Clinical Details

• Supervised by a Surgeon or ANES doc (1 on duty)
• Patient population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Types of cases: TEE, cardioversions (rare), no Cath lab unless an emergency, ER if emergency
• Skills required: manage all of surgery, endo, OB, and epidurals
• Department description: 5 CRNAs covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies and Epidurals
• Hospital Level II Trauma
• Avg. Daily Census: 12-15
