Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support in a hospital setting. The role involves performing venous/arterial access, general surgical cases, spinal and epidural anesthesia, and nerve blocks, with credentialing typically completing in 30–60 days.

Shifts start as credentialed, usually 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with competitive pay from $206.61 to $223.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification with active license.
• Ability to perform spinal and epidural anesthesia.
• Experience with venous/arterial catheterizations and common OR procedures.
• EMR experience with EPIC.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA services in a hospital setting.
• Perform venous/arterial catheterizations and general surgical cases.
• Administer spinal and epidural anesthesia and nerve blocks.
• Credentialing typically 30–60 days.
• Shift schedule typically 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.

• Required procedures: Venous and arterial catheters, General surgical cases (adult), Minor nerve blocks, Spinal anesthesia, and Epidural anesthesia.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Certification requirements: Advance Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
