Job summary

AMN Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens coverage starting ASAP. 7a-3p shifts with on-call 7a-3p every 3rd night and 4th weekend; general surgery, orthopedic, ENT, OB/GYN, urology, and other blocks; EMR EPIC.

Credentialing takes about 60–90 days; license required to start credentialing. AMN typically arranges malpractice insurance and coordinates travel, lodging, rentals and transportation for contractors.

Qualifications

• CRNA with current certification and license.
• Experience with General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, OB/GYN, Urology, and other blocks.
• Proficient with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services as CRNA for scheduled procedures.
• Support rotating day shifts (7a–3p) with on-call nights and weekends as required.

Required Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Ear Nose and Throat, Podiatry, Transversus Abdominis Plane blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral nerve blocks, and intravenous blocks

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) only practice

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 - 90 days
