Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers, LLC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for our Raleigh, NC pediatric anesthesia team. This salaried role features 9-hour OR days, a fixed schedule, and six weeks off per year, with no call, weekends, or holidays.

You will work under anesthesiologist medical direction in a care team model, providing safe, high-quality pediatric anesthesia across a 46-week calendar and enjoying a stable, mission-driven practice environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (MSN or DNP/DNAP).
• Current NBCRNA certification and ongoing recertification requirements.
• Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA licensure or eligibility (licensure costs covered).
• Current ACLS/BLS/PALS certification as applicable to the case mix.
• Clean licensure and malpractice history.
• Comfortable working in a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction.

Responsibilities

• CRNAs work in a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction on site.
• Scheduled OR days are approximately 9 hours.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our anesthesia team supporting surgical services in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. This is a salaried role — not a per-diem or shift-rate arrangement — offering predictable annual income, a fixed number of scheduled OR days, and six weeks off built into the calendar. SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Candidates select the schedule that fits them. Annual salary is based on 9-hour OR days across 46 worked weeks per year, with 6 weeks off:

Salary is paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of case volume in any given week. Figures above are exclusive of the signing bonus and benefits described below.

$10,000 signing bonus.
