Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support a hospital in Pittsfield, MA on a locum tenens basis. Start date ASAP; schedule Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with 32 hours per week guaranteed and potential weeknight call.

Case mix includes adult and pediatric general surgery, endoscopy, regional anesthesia, obstetrics, neurosurgery, and spinal/epidural techniques. Credentialing takes 60–90 days with temporary privileges; MA licensure required or willing to

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Board certification in nurse anesthesia (AANA) is required.
• Massachusetts license active or willingness to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for adult and pediatric surgeries.
• Perform spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia and endoscopy anesthesia.
• Work in hospital OR and endoscopy settings.
• May participate in weeknight call.

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; 32 hours per week guaranteed; potential weeknight call

Practice Setting: Hospital-based Main Operating Room and Endoscopy

Types of Cases: Adult and pediatric general surgery, endoscopy, intravenous regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrics, neurosurgery

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temporary privileges available)

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Expanse

Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Board Certification through the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology

Licensure Required: Active Massachusetts license/ willing to obtain, Minimum of 2 years' experience (Accepting New Grads)
