Job summary

Health Here in Mitchell, SD seeks a skilled CRNA/RN to provide anesthesia care across surgical, obstetric, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures. You will perform pre-operative assessments, establish venous access, and monitor anesthesia during procedures.

This role includes post-operative care, teaching anesthesia students, and upholding CMS, The Joint Commission, DHHS, and OSHA standards while supporting patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active license as CNRA or RN in the state of practice.
• Certification from NBCRNA.
• Ability to communicate effectively, possess adequate visual acuity, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operative patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Establishes and maintains venous access and airway management.
• Induces, maintains, and monitors anesthesia during procedures.
• Completes anesthesia and manages emergence phases.
• Transfers patient care post-procedure and conducts post-operative follow-up.
• Serves as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
