• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Required Cases: 30% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 30% Complex Orthopedic
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care Team
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Maine license or compact eligible
