Job summary

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire is seeking a CRNA to join a large department of anesthesiologists and CRNAs delivering general, vascular, thoracic, and more complex procedures across multiple specialties.

This full-time role offers a signing bonus, relocation support, and opportunities for a hybrid/hubs across NWWI sites, with 0.8–1.0 FTE options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• This position requires a registered nurse who has completed a formal nurse anesthesia program.
• A Master’s degree is required; a Doctoral degree is preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required for all CRNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Participate in a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Support hybrid role opportunities across NWWI practice sites and Mayo Clinic Health System locations.

Surgical specialties include general, vascular, thoracic, urology, obstetrics-gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery and podiatry, open heart surgery, as well as procedures in the Cath Lab, Radiology and GI/Endoscopy.

Opportunities for hybrid role across NWWI practice sites, providing regional skills in our critical-access hospitals (Barron, Menomonie, Eau Claire, Bloomer).

Qualifications

• This position requires a registered nurse who has completed a formal program in nurse anesthesia. A minimum of a Master’s degree required.
• A Doctoral (DNP, DNAP, DrAP, PhD) degree preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required for all CRNAs.
