Job summary

The VIOS Clinic seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a stable, community-oriented practice of eight providers in Missouri. The CRNA will manage a broad case mix with opportunities to work in six operating rooms alongside an anesthesia MD and a larger recruitment effort.

This role emphasizes independent operation, running own rooms, and a favorable call ratio of 1:9. Compensation includes a base salary, a $40k annual bonus, sign-on bonus, and NHSC loan repayment; no

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide case mix including urology, general surgery, ENT, OBGYN, interventional radiology, podiatry, ophthalmology, and orthopedics.
• Operate independently with own rooms and a 1:9 call ratio.
• Provide anesthesia in 6 operating rooms alongside an anesthesia MD and staff.
• No pediatric cases.
• Malpractice and tail coverage are provided.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing a wide case mix such as urology, general surgery, ENT, OBGYN, interventional radiology, podiatry, ophthalmology, and orthopedics.
• Operating independently, running their own rooms, with a 1:9 call ratio.
• Providing anesthesia services in 6 operating rooms alongside an anesthesia MD and additional recruitment.
• Handling cases without pediatric responsibilities.
• Ensuring paid malpractice and tail coverage.
