Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a CRNA to join our team and deliver anesthesia across diverse cases including orthopedic, neuro, vascular, trauma, and obstetric procedures. You will staff multiple surgical suites and participate in epidural support with OB colleagues.

The role emphasizes teamwork, advanced airway management, and high-quality patient care within a collaborative hospital environment. A strong NBCRNA pathway and valid licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong teamwork skills.
• Current certifications: State RN License, CRNA Certification, ALS Certification, BLS Certification, and Clinical Privileges.

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and dental procedures.
• Provide advanced airway management and respond to codes and ED traumas hospital-wide.
• Staff the endoscopy center (3 rooms) and surgery center (5 rooms).
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
