City of Hope is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our collaborative, medically directed anesthesia care team in Zion, IL. You will work alongside anesthesiologists and fellow providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care for cancer patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COA nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA.
• Meets institutional/state criteria for medical malpractice coverage.
• Active Illinois RN license and compliance with CRNA regulations.
• Proficiency with EMR and routinely use anesthesia monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced perioperative anesthesia care for patients 17 years and older.
• Manage anesthesia planning, induction, maintenance, emergence and PACU evaluation.
• Collaborate with neurosurgery, ENT, thoracic teams and pain management services.

Compensation: $250,000-$280,000 annually + $50,000 sign-on bonus

In this role, you’ll work alongside anesthesiologists and fellow anesthesia providers to deliver high-quality, holistic, and evidence‑based anesthesia and pain care services for patients undergoing complex cancer treatments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced perioperative anesthesia care for patients 17 years and older across a wide range of acuity levels and clinical environments, including:

• Neurosurgery
• ENT
• Thoracic

• Pain Management
• Radiation Oncology
• CT and MRI

Responsibilities include patient assessment, anesthesia planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post‑anesthesia evaluation following established clinical protocols and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Council on Accreditation (COA) nurse anesthesia program
• Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA
• Meets institutional and state criteria for medical malpractice coverage
• Demonstrated clinical competency across a broad range of anesthesia techniques
• Active Illinois RN license and compliance with all CRNA regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
