HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a full-time CRNA who is passionate about high-quality patient care to join our collaborative anesthesia team.

This role offers a new compensation plan and a $75,000 sign-on bonus with no weekends or call. The schedule features four 10-hour days with a care-team model supporting diverse cases across ortho, general, endo, neuro, GI and bariatrics, with no hearts, pediatrics, or OB.

Qualifications

• Florida license is required.
• DEA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a CRNA-led team.
• Collaborate with 4 physicians and 4 CRNAs to cover 4 ORs + 2 NORA.
• Work with a diverse case mix: heavy Ortho, General, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics.
• No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB cases in this assignment.
• Maintain an average of ~3,600 cases annually.
• No call and no weekends; schedule consists of four 10-hour days.

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA who is passionate about high-quality patient care to join our collaborative team in Sun City Center, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton.

• Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.

• Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, General, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics.

• No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB.

• Average surgical volume of 3,600 cases annually.

• Supervision model (2 Physicians on during the day. Physicians sit cases as needed.)

• No call. No Weekends. Schedule is 4-10 hour days.

• FL license and DEA
