Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a forward-moving perioperative program in South Coast Maine. The CRNA will lead anesthesia care from pre-op through PACU in a community hospital with robotics, imaging, and ultrasound-guided regional techniques.

• CRNA with anesthesia in perioperative care and complex cases.

Within the Surgery Department this nurse anesthetist position supports complex and diverse cases in a community-based setting sized just right for impact, featuring 93 beds, a community-focused, not for profit model, a tightly integrated multi specialty physician group, a fast-response 24/7 emergency department, and a connected network of 30 primary care and specialty units that drive steady, varied surgical volumes ideal for CRNA skill growth and professional satisfaction.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will report to the Anesthesiology Medical Director with day-to-day support from the OR Nurse Manager, collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with anesthesiologists, friendly perioperative nurses, PACU teams, anesthesia techs, and a diverse, highly skilled group of healthcare professionals; responsibilities span comprehensive pre-op assessments, induction and maintenance of anesthesia, airway management, neuraxial and peripheral nerve blocks, safe emergence, enhanced recovery protocols, and active participation in quality councils and evidence-based practice, with opportunities to precept, teach, and help refine protocols that let every CRNA and nurse anesthesiologist deliver precise, compassionate care.
