Job description

Turn expertise into impact as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at an exciting new rural healthcare facility near a vibrant metro area, where advanced care, small-town connection, and big outdoor adventures come together!

This healthcare organization offers a CRNA the opportunity to help shape anesthesia services within a modern, patient-first facility built to expand access to high-quality rural healthcare. Clinicians can expect contemporary technology, streamlined workflows, a strong culture of safety, and leadership committed to evidence-based practice, professional autonomy, and continuous improvement. The hospital’s strategic growth, community support, collaborative practice environment, and investment in new clinical capabilities create an engaging workplace where a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist can make a visible difference while advancing professionally.

Within the surgery department and operating room, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will provide safe, individualized anesthesia care across perioperative services while supporting efficient procedures and positive patient outcomes. This CRNA opportunity is perfect for those who love nature, wooded areas, lakes, rivers, and trails, offering a rewarding clinical career alongside easy access to year-round recreation. Modern surgical spaces, clinician-friendly resources, and close interdisciplinary coordination help create an operating room environment focused on quality, communication, and patient safety.

The CRNA will report to designated perioperative and clinical leadership while working closely with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, friendly nurses, surgical technologists, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities for the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist include:

  • pre-anesthesia assessment

  • anesthesia planning and administration

  • airway management

  • physiologic monitoring

  • postoperative evaluation

  • emergency response

  • accurate documentation

  • adherence to regulatory and safety standards

Supportive leadership, collaborative decision-making, and strong professional relationships allow the CRNA to practice with confidence and contribute to workflow improvements, education, and exceptional surgical care.

Northwestern Wisconsin gives a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist an appealing balance of peaceful rural living and convenient access to nearby metropolitan entertainment, airports, shopping, concerts, dining, and cultural attractions. The region is known for forested landscapes, clear lakes, winding rivers, parks, trails, fishing, boating, hiking, cycling, camping, snowmobiling, skiing, and colorful autumn scenery. A CRNA can enjoy attainable housing options, manageable commutes, welcoming communities, family-friendly schools, local festivals, farmers markets, everyday amenities, and a generally lower cost of living than many major urban centers. Reliable regional healthcare, broadband growth, higher-education access, clean surroundings, pet-friendly recreation, and space for privacy make northwestern Wisconsin attractive for professionals seeking both connection and breathing room.

This Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position offers competitive compensation and a full suite of health and retirement benefits designed to support long-term personal and professional wellbeing.
