Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a hospital-based anesthesia team in East Chicago, Indiana. This full-time role includes rotational evening, weekend, and holiday call within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

The CRNA will provide intraoperative and perioperative anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties, using Epic EMR for documentation and coordinating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to optimize patient outcomes.

Average Daily Volume / Census: Based on operating room schedule and surgical case load

Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties within hospital setting

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS

Beds in Department/Unit: Full-service hospital within a 4-hospital not-for-profit healthcare system

EMR System: Epic (HIMSS Stage VII – fully integrated system)

Specialty Backup: Collaborative Anesthesiology team and full surgical specialty support

Support Staff: Dedicated nursing staff, surgical teams, and anesthesia colleagues

Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Department of Anesthesiology leadership
